Child Safety Standards

These published standards apply to the WhoAski app, the related WhoAski website, and connected services operated for WhoAski users.

WhoAski has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). WhoAski strictly prohibits the sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers a child.

WhoAski does not allow anyone to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate material or conduct related to CSAE on the platform.

Zero-tolerance rule

Any material involving child sexual abuse and exploitation, or any attempt to create, request, share, promote, or facilitate it, is strictly prohibited on WhoAski.

Immediate enforcement

WhoAski may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests related to child safety enforcement.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, requests, or links to CSAE.
  • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to exploit a child.
  • Using WhoAski to solicit sexual images, meetings, or sexual conversations with minors.
  • Impersonation, deception, or predatory behavior intended to target or endanger children.
  • Any attempt to use WhoAski to store, exchange, or distribute CSAE-related material.

2. Enforcement and account action

  • Content associated with CSAE or child endangerment may be removed without notice.
  • Accounts associated with CSAE, grooming, or child exploitation may be suspended or permanently banned.
  • WhoAski may preserve relevant records to support investigations, legal compliance, and safety enforcement.
  • Access to platform features may be restricted when necessary to protect children and the wider community.

3. Public child safety commitment

This page is the published child safety standards notice for WhoAski. It exists to state, publicly and unambiguously, that CSAE and the sexual exploitation of minors are forbidden on the WhoAski platform.

These standards apply to all users, all shared content, all private or public interactions, and all connected WhoAski services.

4. Escalation and legal cooperation

WhoAski may escalate apparent CSAE and related child exploitation activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
